Returns and Exchanges

Customized Products
Due to the intense labor and customization required to create your one-of-a-kind pet stories, pet message cards, pet memorials, or pet trusts, we cannot provide an exchange or refund for content or graphic design errors or omissions once you have signed the pre-printing authorization form. However, if the product arrives defective or damaged due to assembly, shipping or handling, please call us immediately at 1-877-543-3577 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm CST and we will promptly remedy the problem.

Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. We do not charge a fee for inactivity of gift cards and they do not expire unless the company should no longer exist. Cards can be reloaded and remaining balances can be checked anytime on this website on the Gift Card product page. We highly recommend that upon receiving your Gift Card, you register it by following the directions on the reverse side. This will protect you should the card be lost or stolen. Standard Products
If you are dissatisfied with a standard product including non-custom published books, workbooks or software ordered from My Best Pet Friend Forever (MyBPFF), a Division of Celebrations of Life, please complete the following steps to obtain an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

To exchange or return your non-customized purchases, please:

  • Make a copy of your MyBPFF Order Receipt and circle the item to be returned.
  • Tell us if the item is an “exchange for X product” or a “return for refund”.
  • Return the Order Receipt copy along with the merchandise by UPS or U.S. Mail.
  • For your protection, please insure your package.
